About UsPauline Carpenter set up Touch-Needs after the birth of her fifth child, in 2000. As a qualified Infant Massage Teacher she found that she could not easily source all the resources she needed to run her classes; and, most frustratingly, she was having to use a baby doll, designed for children, as a demonstration tool, which was not adequate. Pauline spent several months liaising with other experienced Infant Massage Teachers, and a European based manufacturer so that the design and development of the ideal demonstration doll for all baby massage teachers was born. Over the years the doll design has evolved and other types have been produced, because Pauline is dedicated to improving and developing the dolls so that professionals using them can feel confident about the tools they are using.
It was through listening to Infant Massage Teachers, Baby Yoga Instructors, Midwives and all other parenting practitioners that give Touch-Needs the drive they need to continually update and improve the products and the service they offer their customers.
The Touch-Needs staff work hard to make sure that customers receive the service they deserve. We offer a friendly and efficient service and aim to deliver parcels as speedily as we can. Touch-Needs believes in fair and ethical trading. Also, where possible, packaging is recycled, so that our impact on the environment is reduced.
